The care provision at the Ruysdael Clinics is currently continuing, but in an adapted form. Only patients with emergency or heavy (pain) complaints are seen by our doctors. All other appointments are made by telephone or video calling. You will be informed about these changes by our team.
If you have a cold, we urge you not to come to our clinic and to reschedule your appointment.
We closely follow the guidelines of the RIVM, the Federation of Medical Specialists and the Association of Independent Clinics in the Netherlands to protect our employees and our patients. For example, we do not shake hands and there is extra attention for hygiene. We open several waiting rooms so that patients can keep sufficient distance. Because we are a small clinic, few employees and patients are present at the same time.
If you still want to reschedule your appointment, we understand that. You will not be charged for canceling or changing an appointment. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you to schedule a new appointment.
